A Boddam Passenger

Among the passengers was Mr Alexander Thomson, who left Boddam on Monday, April 8. He is a son of Mrs Thomson. Seaview hotel, bottom, and a well-known man in the district. Mr Thompson, who is 36 years of age, is a stonecutter, and was proceeding to New York to follow his calling. He was to have sailed by the Cymric earlier, but owing to that vessel's sailing being cancelled through the coal strike he was transferred to the ill-fated Titanic.
