Content
Amongst the passengers is Alexander Thompson, belonging to Boddam, Aberdeenshire, a son of Mrs Thompson, of the Seaview hotel there.

Mr Thompson is a young married man, engaged as a stone polisher in modern granite polishing works, and was on his way to Barne, Vermont, to enter on the same occupation.

He had experience of previous work in America and also in Africa, and is known as a deft and artistic workman. His mother, his wife, and three children are resident in Boddam, and much concern is being expressed.
