    I noticed the crane doors are different on the Olympic. Was there a reason for the difference? Titanic (left) Olympic (right) The Olympic in 1922. Was it necessary to have so many door handles on the Olympic? .

    Why did they just paint the aft cranes and not the ones in the forward well-decks as well, when they was painted dark in the 30's? And was this a dark grey tone? Darker than the roofs? Regards from snowy Norway, Morten Jensen
