James William Chatham Witter

I have been searching for quite a while for a bridge between the Titanic and Queen Mary. The closest I could seem to get was to the Carpathia, and I thought I would have to be satisfied with James Bissett, but stumbled onto an article that stated that George Thomas Rowe helped fit stabilizers on the Queens, but I couldn't believe my eyes when I came upon the name James William Chatham Witter (Second Class smoking room steward) which clearly states that he later SERVED on the Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth. If anyone else has any information on this man and his life, (and to what capacity and times he served on the Queen Mary) I would love to hear it!
Thank you in advance. :-)
Colleen

Dear Colleen,

I am in touch with Mr Witter's son, and
have some information about him. If it's
Queen Mary crewmen who were survivors of
Titanic you want, you've missed a couple
more. E-Mail me privately, and I'll give
you some info.

Regards,

Brian Meister
