Margeret Tobin Brown was living in Denver at the time of Titanic's sinking and her home is a part of the Molly Brown House Museum, Historic Denver Inc. Their number is in Denver Coloraso US (303) 832-4092. I can imagine that they either could tell you who could do it or refer you somewhere. I have no idea where to get things valued like that.
