He had three "wives".
His first was Lilly Ann Hilliard 1869-1952 with whom he had at least two children:
Hilliard Gladstone Flynn 1896-1977 and
Hope Laurence Wilfrid Flynn 1898-1918, nicknamed Jerry

I think that I was too hasty with that comment. It appears that there was another John Irwin Flynn who was married to Lilly Ann Hilliard. Sorry for the previous post.

As far as I know, there was only one John Irwin Flynn on board the Titanic. He was a First Class passenger and survived on Lifeboat #5.
His ET biography John Irwin Flynn : Titanic Survivor indicates that he was married twice and died on 23rd November 1951 aged 76 years of age. He was married twice.
The only other similar sounding name is John Flynn, an Irish Third Class passenger who died in the sinking. His middle name, if any, is not mentioned. His body was never found. John Flynn : Titanic Victim
