Not sure any of this is correct?. You say he was born in Paddington?....But according to the census, if we go by parents Thomas & Annie, he was born in Walberster, Nottinghamshire!!...Not Paddington London..... NOW!.....if you go by him being born in Paddington with father Thomas William...then this is the man.1901 England Census about William Sevier

This is incorrect. Williams mothers name was Mary Jane Nichol....Marriages Dec 1895 Sivier Thomas William Paddington 1a 28 Nichol Mary Jane Paddington 1a 28This is backed up by the 1901 & 1911 census records for the address 9 Westbourne Street Mews, Paddington, London given by William when he signed up forthe Titanic.
