i have just recentley watched the movie The Titanic. i cried. It was soo sad but the movie left me wondering about the titanic. i relized that i wanted to learn as much as possible of the titanic.

According to Alan Hustak the two Nicola-Yarred children were headed to Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. Did Hustak mean that Mahone Bay was just a stop on the way or were the names screwed up by someone?

I’ve been hoping you’d put this article in your archive. My mom first told me about this short account, and I was happy to find a copy and read it. It deserves attention as one of the lesser-known survivor accounts. I wonder what happened to Garrett’s nephew after this article was first published. Is he still alive after all these years? Is there anything more to know? If any of you know, please comment as I would like to know more about this.
