Tiller/Rudder steering-gears

Anybody knows who was/were the spur-wheels manufacturer(s) (tiller)? Especially steering gears?
I read in Anton Gill / TITANIC book that some parts could have been made by the French manufacturer CITROËN (who in 1910’s has a gear engineering & factory in Paris - named MORS Company).

That photo above looks like very much has come from the SS Shieldhall base at Southampton. I would be surprise if the gearing was made by Citron. The ship it self is amazing peace of history where two triple expansion engines are still in full operation to day were one can stand next to them getting that hissing steam, smell, noise and heat. The steering gear is also similar as used on Titanic.
As for Titanic Citron gears, there is a good photo in the TITANIC The Ship Magnificent book. It certainly unusual herring bone gear as its a Z form gears.

Hi Guillaume
The Shipbuilder, speaking of the steering gear as a whole, said it was made by Harland & Wolff. The bevel gears are stated to be of the Citroen type. As you mention, Mr. Citroen was in the gear business before he founded the car company
