Centinary of the sinking of the Lusitania

We are just a month from the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Lusitania. In some ways, the event was even more tragic than that of the Titanic because of the short timescale of the sinking and eventual chaos and panic that ensued.

They need to make a good feature film about the final voyage of the Lusitania.

Hi Arun,

I would agree with that, especially with the centenary upon us. There have been TV films and film-documentary type productions about the Lusitania before but nothing on quite the scale of the Titanic films. Having said that, I'd hope that any movie made about the Lusitania would be better than the one that was made about the Britannic about a decade ago!
