How high did the watertight bulkheads go

Hi again. I was just wondering how high the watertight bulkheads went. I remember something about the forward and aft ones went to d-deck, and the middle ones went up to e-deck, but this seems unlikely, because Scotland Road runs the length of e-deck. Can anyone help me?

Click on This Hotlink to the Wreck Commission Report for the information you want. The existance of a passageway is no barrier to having a watertight bulkhead in place. It's a simple matter to install a watertight door where needed to permit access from one section to another.
