please can anyone tell me where to find a crew list for the voyage out from liverpool to new york??
I have Sydney Dewrance dying on the lusitania due to enemy action in may 1915. The spelling of his name is wrong. it should be Durand, pronounce Dewrand. Sydney was only 18 when he died and I am desperately trying to get him recognised as Durand and not Dewrance.
I really NEED to know what the spelling of his name was on the outward voyage from liverpool to new york was.
It will soon be coming up to the hundreth anniversary of the sinking of the 'Lucy'....and I need to get Sydney Durand commemorated properly under his rightful and true name.
Does anyone know where I can find a record of the crew list when the Lusitania left liverpool?? I would be tremendously grateful for any help that anyone can give me. Thank you so much. my email address is [email protected]
