I have recently bought a boxed watch mechanism salvaged from the Lusitania in 1982. With a lot of elbow grease and patience I have managed to get the box open and treat/clean the beautiful watch inside. I was wondering if anyone on here might know of where I could get hold of one of the salvaged watch cases? they seem to be very rare but I would love to be able to get the watch professionally restored but keep its wonderful history, and this would entail a case from the ship too. If anyone has any advice then please get in touch, Many Thanks.
