Good Evening All, I was wondering if Macys, the Department store that Isador & Ida Straus founded, still stands today? And if it does where is the store located? Thank you. Kim

Macy's was not actually started by Straus. He bought out the founder, R H Macy. That's why it's Macy's, not Straus'.

The present New York store is on Herald Square and there are 19 stores in NY State alone.
