Marconi saloon on C deck

This is my first time to post an enquiry, I hope I'm doing this correctly. On the deck plans I have of the Titanic, There is a Marconi Saloon on the starboard side of C-deck, forward of the maids & Valets saloon. I thought, thier quarters were on the Boat deck. Can someone clarify this point for me?

It was their Dining Room, which was shared with the Mail Room Staff.

I understand the full name for the room is something like: Postal Workers and Marconi Operators Saloon.
