Missing propeller cones

What happened to the propeller cones, evident on the construction plans and photographs, but not seen on the wreck pictures. Were they ever found on the debris field.

I don't know of any of them having been found in the debris feild. My best guess is that they got knocked off by impact with the bottom. They're probably still there, but buried deep in the bottom muck.

I was on the 2000 mission to the Titanic back in August. To the best of my knowledge, the fairing cones have not been seen or recovered.
