Number of masts of the Olympic class during their conception?

Hello,

Got to wonder how many were considered before they chosed 2,I heard 1 and some concept of 3 funnel itanic got between 3 and 4 mast,why? is it because it was like that on previous white star line ship?

I don't know if you have already seen this, but in the video "The Artistic History of the Titanic", they show that Norman Wilkinson did a painting of the Olympic with only 1 mast, suggesting they didn't originally plan them to have a aft mast.
