Other ships leaving port

Hey,
Just wanting to know which other ships left Southampton the days Titanic did, and when the Oceanic and New York sailed after their little run in with the new liner.

Just wanting to bring this topic up again, does anyone have any new information?

Hi Alex.

I'm no expert, but as I understand it both the Oceanic and the New York were laid up by the coal strike that was going on at the time. If I remember correctly the strike ended about the time Titanic left Southampton, but I suppose it would have taken at least a couple of weeks to get the ships coaled and back into service.
