i have a question... i'm doing a report for my class and i wanted to know what happened to the possesions of the passengers that died??

Most of them went down with the ship.....some saved their tickets...and alittle belongings, but they were not allowed to bring luggage on the lifeboat...I would think b/c of the lack of space. Edith Russell went back to get her lucky toy pig. Some of the things that were salvaged by passengers and in later life by Ballard and others are on display in museums around the world. Please someone correct me if I am wrong about any of this. Hope it helped.
