The Harris Expedition to the Titanic

This has been a very busy year for Titanic!

The Discovery Channel/James cameron,Deep Ocean Expeditions, and Mr. Harris all booked the Keldysh and Mir subs to explore Titanic....

What is the john dori on the Harris Titanic expedition- is this being done in conjection with the Titanic Ship of dream exhibit-or RMSTI?

What were the objectives of the harris expedition? Will artifacts be reciovered- or is it a look-but no touching- expedition?

I'm not really sure what the purpose of the expedition has been. Perhaps Parks can enlighten us?

I do know that in the weeks prior to the expedition, they were selling opportunities to make personalized foam cups to be taken into the sub and "petrified" (shrunken and made virtually indestructible) as well as other "souvenirs" and opportunities to dive as a tourist for $25K per dive. I was also told that Mike Harris took his son aboard to dive as the youngest person to do so and that it's to receive a Guinness Record status.
