These cards were given out at the Artefact Exhibition. You get a so called "boarding card" with the name of one who was aboard and at the end of the exhibition you could look at a wall for the name and see if the person survived or not. If I am not mistaken these are early cards. The later ones look different and had a short bio on the back side.
