Titanic film found

The was a short item on the tv news here in the UK today (Wednesday 23/05/05. They said it is being auctioned next month and is expected to fetch over 10k. The film shows Titanic in Belfast and then later survivors in New York.

Hasn't some of this footage already appeared elsewhere, such as in Echoes of Titanic? I am sure I have seen the shots of the Titanic at the graving dock in Belfast, featuring the land bridge, before.
