Hello everybody, sorry for resurrecting this old thread, but I'm researching about the Second Battle of the Atlantic and I was wondering if anybody knew where to find the monthly shipyard output of Great Britain and United States during the Secon World War. I read somewehere that in order to win, the U boats had to sink 300.000 tonnes of shipping a month till December 1941 and 700.000 tonnes afterwards. I wanted to check if those numbers were true.
