Nearer My God to Thee

Opinion is divided on whether this really was the last tune to be played on the Titanic, other suggestions include Autumn, which Harold Bride recalled heading, but bandleader Wallace Hartley had stated that he would have the hymn played at his own funeral. Whatever the truth, it is an enduring aspect of the legendary story of the Titanic.
