I've just found out about this amazing new book from James Cameron! It says on the internet that there is also a "Deluxe Collector's Edition", containing a signed Ken Marshall print, aswell as a COA signed by James Cameron. Does anybody own this particular edition of the book? Are the items described hand-signed, or are they just copies of an original signed print?

Regards,
Johan Jonsson
