IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ANTHONY ABBING, DECEASED.

FINAL ACCOUNT

Catherine Abbing being duly sworn upon oath deposes and says that she was duly appointed and qualified as administrator of the estate of Anthony Abbing, deceased; that Anthony Abbing had not been in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio for years; that he died on the high seas in what is known as the Titanic disaster; that no property of any kind has come it not the possession or under the control of your affiant and that in so far as this affiant is advised and believes the said Anthony Abbing had no estate or property of any kind in this County or State upon which to administer.

Affiant asks the Court to accept this statement as a final account for the reason that no account or inventory can be filed.
