I'm really at a lost as to what this is. It looks unlike most other things on wreck. No obvious corrosion or marine growth. I'm wondering if it is even part of the Titanic. Something left behind by a submersible or something that drifted down from the surface?

Why does the pipe not show signs of aging like the rest of the ship?

Because it is a non-ferrous metal.

It should still show some patina or something. Even the manganese-bronze propellers are starting to show a patina.
