Joughin said he had 13 bakers under his lead.

5908. What was the staff of bakers under you?
- Thirteen.

5909. Thirteen, and yourself as chief baker?
- Yes.
So there are supposed to be 14 bakers, including Joughin.

But, there are just 12 ET biographies of victualling crew bakers, including Joughin. Who were the other two? Or did Joughin get the number wrong?
