Robert Cribb embarked 16 Apr 1870 On the Tamesa, bound from Adelaide to Colombo (steerage). Catherine embarked 20 May 1871 on the Dragon from Adelaide to Colombo. Mrs , Miss and Master Cribb left Adelaide for Colombo, travelling by cabin, on Dragon of 695 tons under Master McClenon. Mary Ann Cribb, born 9 Jan 1866 Newton, Adelaide, South Australia, and John Hatfield Cribb made it back to England, but not Catherine who probably died on board ship or in Colombo. There was another brother Robert (9-23 Jan 1866) twin of Mary Ann who died of atrophy shortly after birth in Adelaide.
