Britannic's gymnasium was located on C-deck just behind the after second class entrance (extending into the aft well deck which was enclosed for enclosed third class promenade space). Opposite the first class gymnasium was a children's playroom, almost the same size but slightly shorter.
Along E-deck all of those starboard staterooms were interchangable second/first class and some even had their own bathrooms.
Third class hardly had any bath facilities in any of the major contemporary liners, but I've never explorted that in detail.
