Olympic arrived at Southampton on 30 March, which is when E. J. Smith left for Belfast to take over Titanic. She sailed for New York on 3 April and arrived there on the 10th.So was RMS Olympic in port of Southampton from 23-March until at least 6-Apr but then set sail for New York in order to be on return trip when Titanic foundered ?
Also interesting that in May, there was a mutiny where 53 fireman refused to sail due to the collapsible lifeboats added to Olympic as a result of the Titanic disaster.
