A Thank- you to Stephen Quinn of Liverpool who sent in some wonderful photos for the UK page. I was really impressed with the Rowe monument. Some of the epitaphs are very touching- seems the British monuments contain many more sentiments than American stones. I wonder how many more contain "Nearer My God to Thee"? James Drew's stone in Rhode Island is the only one I have seen with the longitude and latitude of the ship actually engraved on the stone. Stephen has also kindly offered to take visitors to view these stones, and has offered his email address as contact for would-be Liverpool visitors [email protected]
