I'm making decent progress on the shape of the hull in my 3D model, and if the reference drawings that I'm using to form the shape are correct, then I'm happy. BUT I'm concerned that the shape of my waterlines may have an erroneous dip towards the bow that may be caused by incorrect buttocks lines, and I need input from an expert in the shape of the olympic-class hulls. Is that dip (or dimple-like depression) supposed to be there, or are the waterlines supposed to be much straighter? I've attached an image of my WIP with red highlights to indicate which dips I'm talking about.
