I am the great-granddaughter of Hedwig Turkula. I have a photograph, but am viewing this in an internet class at the El Paso Independent School District technology center. I am a teacher for the EPISD. My mother was Helen Turkula, daughter of Felix Turkula, granddaughter of Hedwig Turkula. All are deceased. I have further information regarding other descendants if needed, although most had small families and are deceased. The photographs I have are quite old and grainy, but I could provide a copy if you so desire. I am not online at present, but you can reach me at 4328 Loma de Luna, El Paso, TX 79934 if you desire a copy of the photograph.

I'm not really the superstitious type but i think i was an unfortunate passenger on the TITANIC in my pastlife. i have an idea of what i looked liked and what my name was. I was 4 yrs. old and i had long curly brown hair and blue eyes. I was wearing a brown flower printed dress and a big white lifejacket. i think my name was sarah williams. i was one of the passengers who drowned after it sunk. i want to know who i was and i want to know the other mysteries that lies deep in the haunted ship.

There never was a mummy on the Titanic. In fact the mummy mentioned...Princess Ama-Ra or whatever never existed. The British Museum has a press release that they have to constantly give out because they get so many questions about this. A reporter made up the whole story and it has continued to flourish. There is no record of any Egyptian artifacts of any kind being on the Titanic. Not anywhere on any lists. Read James Randi's excellent book on hoaxes and frauds for a full description of this made up mummy and its alleged passage on the Titanic.

Very interesting website. You've got a lot of relly interesting information. The passenger list is really amazing. I will have to come back to read everything. I want to invite everyone to the CJD Voice website. Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease is One strain, nvCJD, is related to Mad Cow Disease in England. We have classical CJD in the US. 13% of Alzheimer patients in 1 study were found on autopsy to have CJD. The infectious agent is not killed by normal sterilization so it can be spread by surgical insturments. Come and learn more about CJD.
