On a page like that, it might not be a bad idea to provide a link to the specific item you're referring to, rather than just the page itself. The menu is quite far down the page and the link to it is somewhat obscure. It would be much easier for others to find what you were referring to if you provided a link to http://www.squidoo.com/Harland-and-Wolffs-Titanic/#module3913731, which takes you directly to the copy of the menu.

There are some clear factual errors on the page you linked to---Titanic was not, for example, the first liner with a pool---and some other mistakes which may just be typos---it's Lord "Pirrie," not "Perry," who headed H&W. I would be cautious about relying on what's on that page without checking it first.
