I, DOROTHY GIBSON BRULATOUR, a citizen of the United States residing abroad, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.

FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor as soon after my death as may be practicable.

SECOND: I give and bequeath all my jewelry, clothing, automobiles, household furniture, paintings, silver, and all other household and personal belongings of any nature of which I died possessed, to my mother, PAULINE C. GIBSON. If my said mother does not survive me, I give and bequeath the personal property described in this Paragraph SECOND of my Will to my
friend EMILIO ANTONIO RAMOS, who now resides, or formerly resided, at No. 34 Nunez de Balboa, Madrid, Spain.

THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real, personal and mixed, of every kind and description, and wheresoever situated or located, to my said mother, PAULINE C. GIBSON, and my said friend EMILIO ANTONIO
RAMOS, share and share alike, absolutely and forever.

If my said mother does not survive me, I give, devise and bequeath my entire residuary estate to my said friend EMILIO ANTONIO RAMOS absolutely and forever.

FOURTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint GUARANTY TRUST COMPANY OF NEW YORK, which has offices at No. 524 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and I direct that said GUARANTY TRUST COMPANY OF NEW YORK be permitted to serve in said capacity in any state or country without giving bond or other security.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have to this Will (each page of which contains my signature, for purposes of identification, in the margin thereof) affixed my hand and seal this 19th day of February, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty-seven.
