DIJON, France, July 29 (AP)---Enzo Fiermonte, former husband of Mrs. Madeline Force Astor Dick, socially prominent American, received a conditional sentence of two months in prison and was fined 1,000 francs today for negligence in an automobile accident on June 9, 1938.

Miss Marion Whitworth of New York City, who was injured in the crash, received provisional damages of 20,000 francs. She had asked for 771,373 francs, but the court decided that a committee of three doctors should verify her claims of injuries and report later.
