FORTUNATE MAN WHO AGAIN SURVIVED

One of the rescued members of the Empress was a seaman named Clarke, who tells an amazing story of his escape from deadly peril on land and sea. Clarke served in the South African War, and went through it not receiving any serious hurt. He was also among the fortunate ones who survivied the Titanic disaster.
