TURNQUIST Capt. William H. Turnquist, 60, of 1900 Vallejo St., San Francisco, died last night at Long Beach. He was born at Stockholm, Sweden. He came to the United States in 1905 and had resided in San Francisco since 1928. He had been here one month. He was a captain with the Matson Navigation Co. Capt. Turnquist was a veteran of World Wars I and II. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Novelle Turnquist; son, William H. Turnquist, Jr., San Francisco, and stepsister, Miss Jennie Turnquist, Bridgeport, Conn. The funeral and interment will be at San Francisco. Mottell's Mortuary is directing arrangements.
