Miss Barbara Hazel Guggenheim, daughter of Mrs. Benjamin Guggenheim of 270 Park Avenue, and Sigmund Marshall Kempner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph W. Kempner of 305 West End Avenue, whose engagement was announced in April, will be married on June 20.

They obtained their marriage license yesterday at the Municipal Building.

Miss Guggenheim has been studying at Washington Square College, New York University, where she plans to continue her studies after the wedding. Mr. Kempner is with a banking concern in this city, and is a graduate of Columbia and a post-graduate of Harvard.
