Woman Friend Sought Her Among The Rescued.

A woman who would not give her name but who stated that she was a friend of Nanette Panhardt, whose name was given as one of the rescued in the wireless list, appeared on the dock early. She was still there at midnight, but had not seen her friend and left in tears, escorted by a hotel clerk. No one of the survivors on the pier seemed to remember Miss Panhardt as among the saved.
