Provo, Aug. 27--- Walter H. Corbett has filed petition in the Fourth
district court here praying for letters of administration in the estate of
Mrs. Irene Calvin Corbett.

The petition stater that there is a claim against the White Star Steamship
company of England, and the petitioner as husband asks for permission to
bring suit again the company. Mrs. Irene Calvin Corbett was one of the
pnssengers on the ill-fated Titanic. Besides the husband there are three
children, all living iu this city.
