New Haven, Conn., April 15--The operating officers of the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad company have been notified that the passengers of the Titanic will be landed at Halifax. There will be about 600 passengers requiring transportation to New York by sleeping cars and 800 by ordinary coaches.
