Mr. Peter Ettlinger was born in Bavaria in c.1881. 

He signed-on to the Titanic as a second class saloon steward on 4 April 1912, but he was discharged from the ship prior to its departure on 10 April.

Peter died 22 September 1962 aged 82 years in Southampton and was buried in Millbrook Holy Trinity cemetery Southampton in section 5, plot 139.
