Mr Thomas Croskery was born at Solomon’s Court in Belfast, Ireland on 23 October 1871. He was the son of William Croskery, a carter, and the former Margaret Hutton and was named after an elder brother born in May 1869 and who died in May 1870. 

His ship prior to Titanic had been the Inisholm Head. He joined Titanic at Belfast for the delivery trip to Southampton where he then disembarked.

Croskery served with the merchant fleet throughout WWI. He was married in Belfast on 2 July 1917 to widow Agnes Duffy, née Moore and at the time of their nuptials, Thomas’ address was given as 13 Shipbuoy Street in Belfast. 

Thomas Croskery died in Belfast on 16 January 1950 his resting place is unknown.
