Mr. Turpin, of Plymouth, who was employed at Salt Lake City, came home with his wife last August principally for the purpose of seeing Mrs. Turpin's father, Mr. Wonnacott, of Endsleigh-place. Mr. Turpin's mother lives in Beaumont-road. They intended to return to America in the New York, but owing to the [coal] strike they were transferred to the Titanic.
