Arthur E. Nicholson, Who Made Several Trips  Across the Ocean Every Year And Frequently Visited Sister, Mrs. A. J. Ripley, Here, 
Perished on The Titanic

In the wreck of the White Star liner Titanic, Mrs. A. J. Ripley, of this city, lost her brother, Arthur E, Nicholson. He was in the tea business and maintained an office at 128 Front street. New York. It had been his custom each year to come to this country on two or more trips, and while in New York he took occasion to visit Long Branch. He was a member of the New York Club, 20 West 40th street, where he had apartments during his stay in this country. 

Mr. Nicholson leaves a wife, who is now at their home in Shanklin, Isle of Wight, England.
