Please identify what ship/bridge Lightoller is posing in,please?

Hi Crystal, in Senan Molony's book "Titanic Scandal" (pg. 106), the photo is captioned as being aboard the Oceanic. Lightoller served as First Officer on Oceanic prior to his transfer to Titanic.
