I know this is probably a stupid question, but where is most of the commercial shipping constructed now? The Far East was mentioned, but anywhere else? And where specifically?

Historically Japan and later South Korea, but now places like China, Taiwan, etc. There is also a tremendous amount of ship-breaking taking place in Bangladesh...
