I don't know if this is more detail than you were considering, but here's a picture of the Queen Mary's fantail rope scuttle. It's about the same size as Titanic's, and I used it as a model for the scuttle on my own plans.

looks good! I've never noticed the warning signs before in old photos before. and the message on the sign kind of makes me laugh. maybe that's because now adays we are aware that big ships have sharp propellers, and we steer clear. I still love the design of the stern and the message on the sign is great!
